On a visit to West Palm beach in Florida, I was introduced to the body magic reshaper garment. I tried on the wrong size (a size too large) and still went down 1 inch in the waist and 1 1/2 inches in the hips (I am curvy!). Unlike the body shaper from Columbia which I had tried previously, the body magic is comfortable and in the right size, you REALLY can “lose” 2-3 inches from your waist and hips.
With my right size in the body magic I am down 2 1/2 inches in the waist and my love handles are smoothed, and buttocks lifted when wearing the garment. The garment provides support so that helps me minimize my lower back pain (not saying it is a miracle for back pain!); the support it gives in incredible and helps you stop slouching as well ( that is if you are prone to slouching!).
